How can I be sure you are legit?

Spartan-pharma.com has been in business since 2015 and prides itself on providing quality products at a low price. We always suggest purchasing a small order first so we can prove to you we are, in fact, the real deal. Be sure to check out our reviews on https://reviews.io

Are you affiliated with any other website and/or brand?

NO. There will be other websites and Facebook/Instagram groups that claim to be affiliated with us (our logo is often stolen) but they are not. Spartan Pharma only sells products on this website (www.spartan-pharma.com). If someone/website claims to be associated/affiliated it is false. Buyer beware.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Where do you ship from?

We only ship within Canada. We also ship to PO boxes.

Is this a discount on bulk orders?

Absolutely, just get in contact us with and we can negotiate a bulk price.

Are the products sold on this website for human use?

No, the products sold on our website are for laboratory and research purposes only.

How do you ship your product?

We ship from within Canada (only Canada) and we ship our products Canada-wide. All packages are shipped very discreetly. Products are packed with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply the pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. When you buy products from us you don’t have to worry about customs seizing your gear.

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

An order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. If you don’t receive your invoice please check your Spam/junk mail folder then add our email to your “safe list”. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order on the same or the next business day. All product is shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost and arrives in 1-3 business days. A tracking number is provided for every purchase. We also offer free Xpresspost shipping to all orders over $250.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes or cancellations to pending orders. Since the order process is entirely computerized, it is much faster, more efficient, and less problematic to place a completely new order. So, if you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be canceled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 24hrs). NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

What if I gave you the wrong shipping address?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address please let us know immediately. If we have already shipped your package then it’s too late. We do not have a return address and the parcel will be lost. We will not hunt down parcels. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before submitting your order or the mistake will cost you.

What if my package never arrives?

If your package is lost or never arrives then we will resend it. However, if your Canada Post tracking number shows that it’s delivered successfully then we see that as a successful delivery.

What are the minimum and maximum amounts I can order at one time?

We do not have a minimum or maximum order requirement.

How do I pay?

We accept Interac email money transfers and Bitcoin payments at this time. Full payment details are given on the checkout page.

How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Canada Post Xpresspost. Delivery time is 1-4 business days. Delivery time will depend on what time the shipment was received by Canada Post. If overnight delivery is needed please email us for a cost quote. We also offer free Xpresspost shipping to all orders over $250. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Is a signature required to receive the package?

Not unless you request it.

Can I ask for cycle and dosing advice?

Unfortunately, we do not provide cycle, dosing, diet, and training advice. All emails or chats will be ignored.
