  • What if my package never arrives?

    If your package is lost or never arrives then we will resend. However, if your Canada Post tracking number shows that it’s delivered successfully than we see that as a successful delivery.

  • Is a signature required to receive the package?

    Not unless you request it.

  • How long does it take for shipment to arrive?

    Orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Canada Post Xpresspost. Delivery time is 1-4 business days. Delivery time will depend on what time the shipment was received by Canada Post. If overnight delivery is needed please email us for cost quote.We also offer free Xpresspost shipping to all orders over $200. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • How do I pay?

    We only accept Interac email money transfers and Bitcoin at this time. Full payment details are given on the checkout page.

  • What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?

    We do not have a minimum or maximum order requirement.

  • How do I change my order after it has been placed?

    Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes or cancellations to pending orders. Since the order process is entirely computerized, it is much faster, more efficient and less problematic to place a completely new order. So, if you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be cancelled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 24hrs). NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

  • How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

    Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order on the same or next business day. All product is shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost and arrives in 1-2 business days. A tracking number is provided for every purchase. We also offer free Xpresspost shipping to all orders over $200.

  • How do you ship your product?

    We ship our products Canada wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. Products are repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages.

  • What if I find the same product for a lower price?

    We pride ourselves in having a low price guarantee and will beat the lower priced item by 10%. If you find the same product for a lower price please email us with the products information at [email protected]. Product must be from a reputable dealer and be authorized to sell that pharmaceutical brand. If the online retailer is not legitimate and from another country, besides Canada, we cannot offer the discount.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We only ship within Canada. We also ship to PO boxes.
